Improving Flour Shop´s decision-making process with analytics.

I did this project in the MBA, in Customer Analytics class and the objective was to improve the decision-making process with Flour Shop, a Australian Coffee Shop, using analytics. With the transactions for the first months, the owners Laura and Anu want to get insights from an EDA, customer analytics techniques and proposed recommendations.
